In order to process your visa application, VisaPort collects identifying data including your full legal name, date of birth, nationality, passport details, address, telephone number, employment details, travel dates, and uploaded supporting files (photographs, bank records, and hotel bookings).
2. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used strictly for:
- Compiling government visa application submissions and embassy declarations.
- Communicating status changes, milestone updates, and consultant notes.
- Verifying payment records and reconciling accounting statements.
3. Enterprise Encryption & Security
All documents submitted to our file storage are encrypted with 256-bit AES algorithms. Access is strictly constrained by authentication tokens and role-based permissions. We never sell or lease your personal information to marketing brokers.
4. Document Retention & Purging
Uploaded documents are maintained for the active duration of your consular review and for an archival audit period not exceeding 180 days post-decision, after which records may be securely purged upon request.
